This group was
started for the sole reason to educate and help community members of Xbox Live.
We got this idea when we first saw MS staff members answering questions to users
"falsely" suspended, or identifying local network issues. We have learned from them to use posted facts and printed
articles to help support our various comments. We would like to thank (in no
particular order) those who had visited the forums, in their spare time mind
you, to answer the users' questions. And still do today. Lucky 13 X , E,
Tarkin1, Stepto, Major Nelson, and Bootblack. We would like the various Mods,
some of who we now their names (GTs), and many who we do not. We would like to
thank the active ambassadors.
We attempt to prevent wild accusations made by users with their only intent to
defame the rest of the community. We are active in the forums to put a stop to
misinformation, rumors, and other miscommunication that leads to community
unrest.
Years ago the forums were riddled with liars and flamers.
Users would claim many "unfair" attacks and they still do. We guide users
to their answers and break down the policies set fourth by MS. We ignore
trolls and help those who need it.
We seek nothing. We just want to help the masses.

Why am I so special?
I've been gaming
since I was 4 and my dad brought out his old telegames system (Atari 2600) ...
I'm a cop so I get to drive really fast with all kinds of lights going carry a
gun and legally beat people with a stick ... and I have a really hot girlfriend
(and she even knows I'm a dork)
What's My Problem?
I spend too much
time playing with my video games and shooting guns (sometimes at the same time
... and that isn't an exaggeration)

Why am I so special?
Gamer for Life.
Became hardcore when working at the
Battletech Center Chicago, next to Virtuality, recorded as the first social
interactive gaming center in the U.S. Using the same theme creators and
inventors from FASA's Battletech Universe. Which was
later dissolved.
Communications background, Electronics Degree.
I have a sweet collection of backstage passes, Meanies, And Lexx production
items.
What's My Problem?
Addiction to the xbox.com forums,
well that's what the GF claims. I'm considered a bit of a buzzkill to those
getting caught breaking policy at a music event and getting kicked out by me.
